Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET (Monday–Saturday) are processed and shipped the same day; orders placed after 2:00 PM ET ship the next business day. Processing time is typically 0–1 business day. Once dispatched, delivery takes 2–3 business days. No shipments are made on Sundays or public holidays. For remote or hard‑to‑reach areas, additional shipping time may be required.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item in its original, unused condition, with tags and complete packaging. A prepaid return label is included in your shipment, so returns are free. Place the item securely in its original packaging along with proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) and follow the instructions provided with the prepaid label.

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 4 business days.
